I downloaded the Ethereum wallet 0-7-6 for Mac, but unfortunately I only have Mac OS X 10.7.5 and I received a message saying the application needs Mac OS X 10.9 or later. Is there any alternative wallet that I can use to access my presale Ether that would be compatible with Mac OS X 10.7.5? Aug 18, 2017 Downloaded the iso image and proceeded to make a Mac OS X bootable USB on windows. To create a bootable media to install Mac OS X leopard on my old macbook A1181. I used imageusb and installed. I was very happy to find this 10.5.4 version which worked perfectly. Many thanks to all.

Hi,
being a Tap Forms user on iOS for years, I just wanted to check out the OS X version of it.
However, I´m running 10.7.5 on an early 2011 MBP, and I won´t upgrade.
Is there still any chance of using Tap Forms on my Mac?
Thank you.
C
Sorry, but I dropped support for 10.8 and earlier a while ago. Just too many old OS variations to keep supporting.
The only way you can get it is to login to a 10.9 or higher system, then make the purchase there using the Mac App Store using your own Apple ID, then go to your older OS X 10.7.5 machine and then go to the Purchases list and then click the INSTALL button there. The Mac App Store app will ask you if you want to download the latest supported version of Tap Forms for your OS version.
See this Apple Support article on the topic:
Thanks,
Brendan

I’m following this case because I’ve the same issue. I purchase the app on my macbook pro with yosemite and then try to download on a Imac with osx 10.7.5 but it tells me that I can’t not install the app because I don’t have a correct osx version. (10.9 or later)
Could you help me with this?
Best
Ivan,
Did you go to the Purchases area to install, or did you go directly to the marketing page for Tap Forms? You need to go to the Purchases tab.
Apple’s documentation mentions that:
Thanks,
Brendan
Brendan,
Yes, I went to the Purchases Area on the App Store. But it tells me that I can’t install the app. In the Apple’s documentations it’s said:“Here’s what you need to download an earlier version of an app:”
A – iOS 4.3.3 or later on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
B – OS X Mountain Lion or later on your MacOS X 10.7.5 is Lion, so maybe that’s the problem? How can we have Tap Forms in OS X Lion 10.7.5? It’s really a disappointment.
Thanks is advance.
I Ivan,
Oh I see. Oops. I guess Apple only implemented that functionality in Mountain Lion and not in Lion.
I’m very sorry for that. Is there no way you can upgrade to Mountain Lion?
Thanks,
Brendan
I look for a solution, but installing a new version of OS X on a Lion Mac is quit impossible unless you do it with unsupported softwares.
So, and I share this with the TapForm community, you could:
A – try to share screen with an ipad with tapforms app installed
Or
B – keep using Bento till you could by a new apple productBrendan is there any other solution that you can give us?
Thanks for your willingness!!
I think you could ask someone with a timemachine to retrieve Tapforms this way back.
What was the period of Lion? I’ll have a look but I don’t think my timemachine go this far back. but it’s worth a shot.
Leo
Nope, My Time Machine only goes back to october 2014.
Any one else?
Leo
You can’t run a copy of any app downloaded from another person’s Mac when purchased via the Mac App Store. Well, only if the Apple IDs that you used to purchase the apps are the same.
I would think you could download previous versions though. It’s not something I’m restricting. In fact, Apple has a feature in iTunes Connect (the website developers use to manage our app distribution and pricing) where they let you decide which versions of the apps can be downloaded from someone’s purchase history. See attached screenshot. I have all versions back to 1.0 available for download still.
